Hillary Kaplan is a client partner within the bioprocess CMC/manufacturing practice at Klein Hersh. At KH, Hillary works closely with clients developing emerging technologies in the fields of cell and gene therapy, regenerative medicine, and stem cells, as well as traditional products such as vaccines, monoclonal antibodies, and other therapeutic proteins.
As a member of the bioprocess CMC/manufacturing practice, Hillary’s responsibilities include:
- ·Partnering with organizations ranging from venture capital-backed start-ups and mid-sized biotechs, to large multinational biopharma companies to recruit operational and scientific leaders in biologics/large molecule development.
Hillary has particular expertise recruiting professionals with extensive experience in chemical and biomolecular engineering who can support critical areas of R&D and help advance products to manufacturing and commercial launch. She joined Klein Hersh in 2011 and is a graduate of the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
