Jesse Klein is the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director at Klein Hersh and has played a formative role in advancing the firm’s leadership in life sciences executive search. Jesse is one of the driving forces in developing Klein Hersh’s winning culture, creating an environment with an extensive focus on delivery, accountability, collaboration, and fun.
In addition to his role as a Managing Director, Jesse’s responsibilities include:
- Leading Klein Hersh’s physician recruitment practice, which recruits scientific leaders for emerging biotechs up to large global pharmaceutical companies across multiple therapeutic areas including oncology, CNS, immunology and other fields.
- Co-managing all pharmaceutical-related executive search practice areas, including discovery, clinical, and commercial.
